Product Warranty:
We offer a 6-month limited warranty covering the following plumbing components: faucet water control, T-adapter 3-way valve, and flexible water supply hoses.
The following parts are not covered under warranty due to normal wear and tear: sink, bed frame, halo ring, and headrest.

Pick-Up:
Curbside pick-up is available from our store. After you submit your order, our sales department will contact you via phone or email to confirm the pick-up time. -
Shipping:
All shipments are handled by third-party carriers and are considered freight deliveries. Shipping costs are determined by the weight, dimensions, and delivery location, and will be calculated at checkout.

Freight Delivery Details:
For freight deliveries, we will book with tailgate service included in your shipping fee.
Additional services such as inside delivery, scheduled delivery, or white glove delivery are not included and will incur additional charges.
If you require any of these services, please inform us at the time of ordering, and we will check if we can accommodate your request. -
Local Delivery:
Local delivery is only applicable to nearby locations close to our physical store.
Our standard local delivery service includes door-to-door delivery only. If you require additional services, such as in-home delivery, extra charges will apply. Please let us know during the ordering process so we can check availability and confirm the cost. - International Shipping & Customs Duties:
For international shipments, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and must be paid separately by the buyer upon delivery. -
Delivery Inspection:
Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s). If any item shows signs of damage, refuse the delivery and notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. -

2. Return Policy

Return Window:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date, provided the items are in their original packaging. -
Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. This fee is non-negotiable. -
Shipping Fees:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. -
Item Condition:
Returned items must be in unused and undamaged condition. Items showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted. -
Return Authorization:
Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number from us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping Warranty
- We provide a shipping warranty to ensure your order arrives in good condition. If any item arrives damaged or broken, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
- To qualify for a shipping damage claim, the following conditions must be met:
- A clear, continuous video must be recorded starting from when the package is still in the delivery truck, through unloading, and during the entire unboxing process.
- Any damage must be reported immediately upon inspection.
- Claims submitted without proper video documentation will not be accepted.

I just bought this bed and I received it and eight days. It was one of the fastest shipping I’ve ever had and I’m in Florida and they are located in Canada when I received the bed. It is very sturdy with a pine base and I love it. I did have to call a specialized plumber to come and do the installation but upgrading to a plumbed bed was the best thing I could do.
