1. Shipping Policy

• Pick-up: Curbside pick-up is available from our store. After you submit your order, our sales department will contact you via phone or email to confirm the pick-up time.
• Shipping: After you place your order, our sales department will calculate the shipping fee based on the delivery address provided. Shipping costs are determined by the weight, dimensions, and location of the delivery. You will be contacted by phone or email with the shipping cost before proceeding with the order.
• Delivery Inspection: Upon delivery, please verify the item. If the item shows any signs of damage, refuse the delivery and inform us immediately, so we can address the issue promptly.
• Delivery Times: We strive to ensure that your items arrive in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. If you have any questions about shipping or need special arrangements, please contact us.

2. Return Policy

• We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date, provided the items are in their original packaging.
• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This fee is non-negotiable.
• Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
• Item Condition: Returned items must be in unused condition. Any items that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted.
• Return Authorization: Before returning an item, you must obtain an authorization number from us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. To initiate a return, please contact us to receive your authorization number and further instructions.

• Plumbing: Any plumbing setup must be completed by a Licensed/Certified Plumber.
