1. Shipping Policy

• Pick-Up:
  Curbside pick-up is available from our store. After you submit your order, our sales department will contact you via phone or email to confirm the pick-up time.

• Shipping:
  All shipments are handled by third-party carriers and are considered freight deliveries. Shipping costs are determined by the weight, dimensions, and delivery location, and will be calculated at checkout.
  (Please disregard this statement during free shipping promotions.)

• Freight Delivery Details:
  For freight deliveries, we will book with tailgate service included in your shipping fee.
  Additional services such as inside delivery, scheduled delivery, or white glove delivery are not included and will incur additional charges.
  If you require any of these services, please inform us at the time of ordering, and we will check if we can accommodate your request.

• Local Delivery:
  Local delivery is only applicable to nearby locations close to our physical store.
  Our standard local delivery service includes door-to-door delivery only. If you require additional services, such as in-home delivery, extra charges will apply. Please let us know during the ordering process so we can check availability and confirm the cost.

• Delivery Inspection:
  Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s). If any item shows signs of damage, refuse the delivery and notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

• Delivery Times:
  We strive to ensure your order arrives on time and in excellent condition. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. If you have questions or need special arrangements, feel free to contact us.

2. Return Policy

• Return Window:
  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date, provided the items are in their original packaging.

• Restocking Fee:
  A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. This fee is non-negotiable.

• Shipping Fees:
  Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Item Condition:
  Returned items must be in unused and undamaged condition. Items showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted.

• Return Authorization:
  Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number from us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
